I wish speed were transferable so I could borrow some. This hot/humid weather is a total suckfest this summer; training and racing is brutal. Glad you didn't have to hit the med tent. I am doing a 5k in a couple of weeks and expect to be in the land of pain. Not fun. I'm sure I will be wondering why it is I do this to myself. HA! Good luck in the Tri!
